If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days of purchase and Control Your Health will issue you a refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging (opened or non-opened). In-store credits will be applied to your account up to 90 days from the date of purchase.  Control Your Health does not refund shipping and handling fees.

Refund Policy is as follows:Once product is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within two (2) business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied, for the credit to post to your account.

International Orders & Shipping RestrictionsFor customs and export reasons, Canadian orders cannot exceed more than three (3) of any one product. Additional duties, taxes, or fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

At this time, the only international countries we ship to are:
Australia, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Russia/Kazakhstan, Singapore, and the United Kingdom.
